Türkiye Sigorta, which started its operations in 1957 and became entitled to operate in the Private Pension System with the Private Pension license it received in 2020, is one of Turkey's most important domestic capital stakeholders, as well as being the heir of a deep-rooted foundation culture. . It is also one of Turkey's most popular and fastest growing private pension and life insurance companies.

Aim

We aimed to create a single tool set that will enable all employees to benefit from C# development skills by making the portal, digital media, ERP and HR applications used in the organization available to all employees through mobile applications. Thus, we aimed to speed up processes and increase employee loyalty by providing our employees with access to in-company digital platforms from their mobile devices.

Approach

By combining the originality of the platform with local components, we created a performance design specific to our target audience. We used HockeyApp analytics to understand where and when users use the app and analyze their behavior. We prepared the Android and iOS versions of the mobile application by following the SCRUM development process.

Results

We reached all users within the organization with the mobile application we developed. We increased performance by enabling our employees to access all the applications they need in their business processes via mobile devices.
